Bacharach will do everything within its means to resolve your concerns.

If the concerns cannot be resolved through Bacharach, we encourage you to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.  Contact information is listed below.  

Employees should not be concerned that the hospital will take retaliatory action against them if they inform the JCAHO of safety or quality -of-care issues.
