Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation is pleased to announce we will offer $50,000 in scholarships to undergraduate nursing students at Stockton University for the coming year through the Pauline Hollander Scholarship Fund for Registered Nurses.
Students currently enrolled in the pre-professional nursing program in Stockton’s School of Health Sciences and who meet eligibility criteria will be invited by the school to apply for funding.
The fund – named for the late Pauline Hollander, who was a nurse and benevolent resident of Atlantic County – is overseen by Bacharach’s Board Chairman Philip J. Perskie, Vice Chairman Roy Goldberg and President and CEO Richard J. Kathrins, Ph.D.
Mrs. Hollander was the wife of the late Leonard M. Hollander, long-time chairman of the Bacharach Board of Governors and an avid and tireless advocate for the disabled.
Mrs. Hollander’s nursing scholarship fund was established more than 20 years ago and has helped scores of nursing students.
