Over the last 12 years, the Bacharach Physical Therapy Center satellite location in Tuckerton has become part of the local community.
Kimberly Cullen, PT, has worked at Bacharach for 16 years, and has spent 11 of them at the Tuckerton campus where she serves as the clinical director.
“We get to work with a great population ranging from children to older adults,” said Kimberly. “I have treated patients as young as three months and as old as 95.”
The Tuckerton campus generally treats orthopedic injuries but specializes in treating patients with lymphedema, vestibular issues and Parkinson’s disease.
“We hold a Parkinson’s exercise class every Tuesday to give our patients a place where they can exercise in a formal setting,” said Kimberly. “The class consists of stretching, balance activities and more, all designed to help the patients maintain their function.”
The Tuckerton campus has two physical therapists in addition to Kim, as well as two staff members that work at the front desk. “We have a great team,” said Kimberly. “Everyone has their own way of treating patients, but we all have the same goal to get the patients back to function and to their normal lives.”
The Bacharach Tuckerton location is open from Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To make an appointment or receive more information about the Tuckerton campus call 609-294-2010.
